優雅水上巡遊 (Aqua Elegance Cruise)

The boat looked great on the outside, but in fact was quite deteriorated on the inside, especially for the room. The jacuzzi bath tub has obvious stains, where my parents' toilet cover was not fully intact. The actual rooms that we received were far worsen than the advertised photos we expressed to see. Having said that, the crew did an amazing job in serving from embarking to disembarking. The crew manager was well talented, from tour guiding to cooking class teacher and tai chi master.... He was so hard working! In terms of food, we were served tons of dishes until we could not take it any further. Food quality wasn't as great as we anticipated, but it was still above average. We now strongly suggest that the cruise owner needs to renovate the entire ship of aqua elegance.

The service was amazing and friendly, but the ship's interior requires renovations since both the room and major facitilies are quite deteriorated. We could observe cracking and molding spots across the room and ship. The towels are not that clean and the rooms are quite smelly as well. Kindly clean the air-con filters from time to time for maintaining a good environmental hygiene.
